Description

This special evening camp theme will explore the nocturnal animals that call our preserve home! Campers will learn about the adaptations needed for animals to survive at night. Groups will embark on night hikes to look for and listen for signs of nocturnal animals. At the Yankauer location, campers will learn how professionals mist-net for bats in an activity with Kevin Oxenrider from the WV Department of Natural Resources.
