Description

Join Alex and Kevin for a morning bird walk!

Anyone with an interest is welcome to come along, regardless of their birding skills! Join PVAS for a bird walk at Stauffer’s Marsh Nature Preserve in Back Creek Valley, west of 81. This 46-acre PVAS nature preserve features a wetland restored through the USDA’s Wetland Reserve Program and is a paradise for migrating and nesting waterfowl. The property features easy, mowed trails with interpretive signs, two overlooks for waterfowl viewing, and even a pollinator meadow. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy spring migration and add to the bird list for this special place! Click here to see a list of birds seen in October!
