Wellness Walk at Sweet Run State Park

Join us for our Wellness Walk at Sweet Run State Park, Virginia’s newest state park, tucked into the rolling hills of northwestern Loudoun County. With over 10 miles of hiking trails, this beautiful landscape invites exploration of clear-running streams, quiet woodlands, and traces of a 19th-century farming community that once thrived here.

As we meander through the well-maintained, shaded trails, we’ll enjoy the sights and sounds of nature—from birdsong overhead to the rustling of leaves underfoot. The park’s blend of natural and cultural history offers both a peaceful escape and a glimpse into the past.
