Join AmeriCorps Service Member Will O'Boyle for an evening of all things microscopes at Case Nature Center at Cool Spring Preserve! Microscopes are wonderful tools to help explore the natural world that we regularly would never see. Unfortunately, they are often inaccessible to most people, and beyond that, they are rarely available for free exploration and study. Let's change that and engage in an adult microscope night of discovery! This event will be based on previous youth and all-ages events and will be geared towards adults who want the opportunity to learn how to use and explore a variety of microscopes, from dissecting to compound, to even digital. Participants will even learn how to make their own slides and learn some microscope history. This event will be capped at 14 participants and will be in the evening from 6:30-8:30PM to accommodate working individuals. Participants must be 18 years to 120 years old when the program starts.
