Join us to celebrate May Day with flowers—by finding and tasting them!
We’ll identify and forage a variety of edible flowers and plants, which may include dandelions, autumn olive blossoms, violets, or whatever else is in peak bloom. Along the way, we’ll discuss responsible foraging practices and how to harvest sustainably. Participants will make and sample a few simple recipes to enhance the flowers' flavors, discovering creative ways to enjoy these seasonal blooms.
