July Nature Journaling at Third Winchester Battlefield Park

Join Deana Thorsell and let’s explore the Third Winchester Battlefield Park in Winchester, VA with over 600 acres of preserved land and over 6 miles of walking trails and more than 30 interpretive markers and monuments to tell the story of the fateful day back on September 19, 1864.

We will enjoy nature as we walk the trails, the meadows to enjoy the birds, stop upon the bridge to see what life we can find in and around the stream and walk through the woods. There is something there for everyone!
